Introducing DiSC® 

 

 DiSC® is a behavioral assessment tool utilized by our clients to improve communication, teamwork, and productivity by identifying individual behavioral styles based on Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Led by trained professional Susan Arlin, the service is available as a standalone offering or as an add-on to consulting and coaching services.  Companies do not need to be existing ORS consulting clients to get DiSC® training.
